Model Utah Jury Instructions (MUJI)

A special Utah Supreme Court Advisory Committee has now largely revised and issued these civil jury instructions. These mostly replace what LexisNexis has been selling. They are not 100% complete yet (and that will take several more years) but they are free and now available on the court's website:
