Appellate Judges’ Review of 2008 Cases

Review & discuss 2008 decisions issuing from Utah’s appellate courts

Description	You are invited to a review and discussion of 2008 decisions issuing from Utah’s appellate courts. This is the same presentation formerly sponsored annually by the Salt Lake County Bar Association, which has received such a favorable reception in the past. This year, Justice Ronald E. Nehring of the Utah Supreme Court and Judge Carolyn B. McHugh of the Utah Court of Appeals will present the review. They will discuss the significant civil, criminal, administrative, and domestic opinions. One highlight of this CLE is the handout traditionally provided to attendees, which lists all the cases and includes a summary of each. We look forward to your attendance at this useful and engaging presentation.
